Managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, from defining hiring needs to crafting strategies and writing compelling job descriptions. What We’re Looking For 2-5 years of experience in a talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting, with direct experience in hiring for technical and product roles like Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers. Strong sourcing skills, particularly with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent communication skills in English and Italian. Experience with employer branding and building a strong company culture. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics.
