In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives that shape how games surface across Amazon. Example projects may include helping to define the games long-term roadmap, identifying high-impact entry points, improving discovery and access, and creating seamless cross-entertainment experiences. This role operates at the intersection of multiple Amazon organizations, including Fire TV, Prime, and Prime Video. You will work across these teams to unlock synergies, align priorities, and establish scalable mechanisms for collaboration. The ideal candidate has a mix of strategy, product, and business development skills and can translate broad, ambiguous opportunities into clear product direction and execution. They are comfortable navigating organizational complexity, building alignment where none exists today, and creating systems that scale.
