F&B Service Expert / Chef de rang ROOM SERVICE NOTTURNO - Casa Brera - a Luxury Collection role at Jobbit
Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting F&B Service Experts - Chef de rang - Room Service notturno to join a team of hospitality professionals in the new luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan. Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role covers food and beverage service mainly in Room Service, with the possibility of supporting any of our four outlets.
This is a full-time position, 5 nights per week with 2 days off. The starting date is estimated in September.

Impact you’ll make
Breakfast, lunch or dinner—great service makes meals memorable. As one of our F&B Service Experts, you’ll know every dish on the menu to make recommendations and answer questions. You’ll ensure food and drinks are served quickly, efficiently and with a smile, and handle any issues promptly so guests feel well-fed, happy and eager to return.
What you\'ll do
* Take guests\' food and beverage orders and record them in the internal system (Infrasys).
* Make recommendations on menu items, special requests and upsell where appropriate.
* Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check that the dining experience meets their expectations.
* Ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
* Order and restock outlet inventory.
* Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
* Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
* Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
What you\'ll need
* Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
* A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
* At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
* A safety-first approach.
* Positive outlook and dependability.
* Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
