Category Marketing Manager, Other Hardlines
Amazon.in Hardlines team is seeking an analytical, creative, and highly motivated Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and evaluate merchandising, marketing, and site experience. The person will be a people manager managing a team of 6 (2 Associate Marketing Managers, 2 Site Merchandisers and 2 Graphic Designers).
Basic Qualifications
* 3+ years of Excel experience
* 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
* Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
* 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
* Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
* Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels
* Experience in brand identity and voice development
* Experience creating brand marketing content
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience managing large data sets and utilizing to drive performance and process improvements
* MBA, or Master's degree
