Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a Bartender.
Reporting to the F&B; Outlets Manager the role will cover any tasks related to the beverage service in our lobby bar, The Living and in the rooftop bar.
- This is full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
- The starting date is estimated in April.
We look for people who love to create memorable experiences around food and drink and to leave a mark on the F&B; department.

What you’ll do:
- Represent and be the face of the hotel/bar to all guests.
- Pamper our guest
- Order, prepare and serve drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
- Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
What you’ll need:
- Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
- A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
- At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
- A safety-first approach.
- Positive outlook and dependability.
- Previous bartending experience is a big plus.
