Account Manager – Livorno Location: Livorno, Tuscany, Italy About the Role Our Account Management team oversees restaurant brand relationships and drives growth across the Italian market. The Account Manager partners with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to provide strategic consultancy to top restaurant brands, driving revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. The role is based in Livorno and reports to the Regional Manager. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands with a focus on building lasting relationships Monitor and analyse performance, share insights with partners and identify opportunities to improve metrics and satisfaction Negotiate contract terms and conditions to increase supply quality and improve financial performance and consumer value proposition (CVP) Plan portfolio strategy to increase performance, financials and loyalty, impacting both absolute metrics and market share Control portfolio P&L, identifying opportunities and risks Requirements At least 3 years experience in account management or sales Strong P&L knowledge and negotiation skills Experience creating long‑term relationships with partners Experience using tools and project‑management applications to guide best practice Background in Horeca, restaurants or food market a plus Fluency in English a plus Why Deliveroo Our mission is to transform the way you shop and eat by bringing the neighbourhood to your door.
