They maintain a solid network, manage an account portfolio, and develop action plans with a customer-centric approach.Main Activities:Identify new or existing markets/accounts aligning with property sales strategiesDevelop sales action plans to generate businessAssess the needs and marketing activities of each market/accountMonitor account performance and adjust strategies accordinglyMaintain and develop RFPs with Marriott Global Sales OfficesAnalyze market trends and competitors regularlyParticipate in commercial meetings and translate hotel revenue analyses into sales activitiesPlan and conduct office visits and site inspections to boost visibility and generate leadsUtilize internal reports and sales tools to generate new businessOrganize and participate in familiarization trips, sales trips, and roadshowsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Business or HospitalityAt least 2 years of sales experience in the hotel industry or similar, preferably with international brands and in the MICE segmentPossession of a driver's licenseFluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal; second language preferredExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamDiplomacy and effective management of relationships with clients and managementAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProactive in seeking new business opportunitiesTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeMotivated, enthusiastic, and committed to learning and developmentTo apply, send your CV with photo and authorization to process personal data according to D.
