In this strategic role, you will be the driving force behind revenue growth across the EU and China markets, with a vertical focus on the Tourism, Luxury, and Fashion sectors. You will leverage advanced Digital & Programmatic Advertising platforms to identify, cultivate, and close high-impact business opportunities, exceeding ambitious international sales targets. 📈

🎯 Key Responsibilities
You will manage the entire sales cycle and business development strategy:
* Revenue Generation: Identify and close strategic new business deals within target sectors (Tourism, Luxury, and Fashion) across Europe and China
* Market Penetration: Develop and execute strategic plans to strengthen brand presence and capture new market shares
* Account Management: Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and long-term relationship building
* Campaign Management: Oversee the launch and performance of advertising campaigns on proprietary or partner platforms, ensuring client satisfaction and ROI
* Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to propose innovative and cutting-edge advertising solutions
📋 Requirements
* Experience: 5+ years of proven success in advertising sales, with solid expertise in Programmatic Advertising (Display, Video, etc.)
* Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior within the Luxury, Fashion, and Tourism segments
* Languages: Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives
