We need a true hunter and a high-agency individual to be a foundational part of our team, working directly alongside the Country Head to build our Italian sales motion from the ground up. You won’t just be selling software; you will own the territory. bThis is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves the "thrill of the chase," and doesn't need a playbook to get results. /b You will be the one writing it. /pullibExperience: /b 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in bSaaS, E-commerce, or Logistics /b tech. /lilibProven experience /b in building and managing high-performing bsales teams /b, including the ability to define scalable processes, establish clear KPIs, and implement effective sales methodologies /lilibHunter Mindset: /b You are self-motivated, proactive, and resilient. Always focused on results and new business opportunities, and don't wait for inbound leads. /lilibGo-to-Market (GTM) Exposure: /b Experience in launching new products or opening new markets is highly valued. /lilibTech-Savvy: /b Strong understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem (Marketplaces like Amazon/eBay/Allegro/Zalando etc, platforms like Shopify/Magento, and API integrations).Strong knowledge of other ecommerce integrators players such as Rithum, Lengow, Tradebyte etc. /lilibLanguage: /b bItalian /b and fluent bEnglish /b are mandatory. /li /ulh3Nice to Have /h3ullibSystem Integrator Background: /b Previous experience working for or closely with System Integrators (understanding technical workflows, ERP connections, and custom implementations). /lilibTool Stack: /b Proficiency with collaboration and project management tools like bSlack, ClickUp, HubSpot. /b /liliExisting network within theb Italian e-commerce ecosystem. /b /li /ulh3Key Responsibilities /h3ullibBuild the Market (GTM): /b Execute the Go-to-Market strategy for Italy. Identify key verticals, generate new leads, and turn cold prospects into long-term partners. /lilibFull Sales Cycle Ownership: /b Manage the end-to-end sales process: from prospecting and discovery to value-led demos, negotiation, and closing. /lilibConsultative Selling: /b Work strategically with eCommerce Managers and Operations Leaders to map how Base.com’s solutions (WMS, Order Orchestration, Marketplace Integration) solve their complex operational pain points. /lilibPartnership Ecosystem: /b Build trusted relationships with agencies, 3PLs, and Marketplace partners to create new revenue streams and referral networks. /lilibPipeline Reporting: /b Ensure accurate forecasting using our CRM (HubSpot) and maintain clear communication with HQ. /lilibMarket Feedback: /b Act as the bridge between Italian merchants and our Product Team, translating local needs into product improvements. /li /ulullibImpact: /b The rare opportunity to be a "Founding Member" of the Italian team for a global leader. /lilibAutonomy: /b A "Freedom and Responsibility" culture where results matter more than hours. /lilibCompensation: /b Competitive base salary + commission structure. /lilibGlobal Team: /b Work with a diverse, international team of experts. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
