The company also emphasizes social responsibility, achieving a 90/100 score on the Professional Gender Equality Index and contributing €298,000 worth of products to charities between 2022 and 2023. /ppHavea Italia is the italian subsidiary (26m€ Net Sales in 2024, 30 employee) is in charge of the distribution of 3 strategic brands (Dermovitamina, Bears with Benefits and Vitarmonyl). /ppstrongPosition Summary: /strong /ppWe are looking for a strongTrade /strong strongMarketing Manager /strong with strong strategic and analytical skills, deep knowledge of the FMCG and retail industry, and the ability to lead marketing initiatives that support both brand and category growth. /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliConsolidate and coordinate the strongnational promotional plan alongside local-specific initiatives /strong, ensuring alignment and effective execution across all markets ensuring proper planning, execution, and performance tracking in close collaboration with strongSales and Finance /strong teams, with a focus on strongpromo profitability and ROI /strong. /liliManage strongpromo forecasting /strong, including estimations related to display materials and promotional tools, working closely with strongSales and Supply Chain /strong. /liliAnalyze sell-out data for the brand's category and adjacent categories, with a strong focus on: /lilistrongWeighted Distribution (WD): /strong assess current shelf and in-store space allocation, identify growth opportunities to enhance distribution and improve SKU depth; /lilistrongPromo Activations: /strong evaluate the effectiveness of national and local promotions, aiming to increase consumer impact and financial return; collaborate closely with the Sales team and key customers to develop win-win promotional strategies;
