As a Brand ManagerVirtualization& Al, you will be responsible for the relations with Arrow's vendors, including Sales & Brand activity analysis, forecast, pipeline, and commit management, Vendor closing or Arrow coverage coordination. Brand ManagerVirtualization& Al What will you be doing at Arrow ECS? - Develop, manage, and create the relationship between the organization and suppliers, customers, and vendors technologies, by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at target companies. - Assists with the development and execution of strategy and business development. - Coordination of sales and marketing as assigned, to implement business development initiatives. - Provides market intelligence; evaluates, develops, and manages market specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities. - Ensures execution to sales growth plans. Drives results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities. - People management and project work organization. Job Complexity: - Supervises the sales activities - Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function - Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges - Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan - Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers - Accountable for the budget, performance and results - Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines What we are looking for - Proven work experience in IT industry especially in Virtualization& Al products and services. - Knowledge of VMware or Nvidia products and services. - Business fluency in Italian and English.: - Experience in people/ team management - Having a well-established connections network in the local market - Interest in the newest technologies and IT - especially in the Cloud area - High level of communication skills, allowing both to cooperate with the team as well as to keep the relation with the vendors and customers. - Ability to travel 3 days per week to client’ s office.
