Business Development Consultant – Digital Solutions
BlueBeeTech s.r.l., a software house specialized in designing and developing tailored digital solutions, is seeking a Business Developer with proven experience in business development to expand the client portfolio and contribute to the company's strategic growth.
Main Responsibilities
* Identify new business opportunities across various market sectors, proposing customized digital solutions and technological transformation projects to optimize business processes.
* Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation to closing deals.
* Create commercial proposals in collaboration with the technical team and suggest tailored solutions based on client needs.
* Build and develop long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
* Participate in industry events, trade shows, and B2B meetings, representing the company professionally with a strategic vision.
Required Qualifications
* Experience as a Business Developer or Sales Consultant, preferably in software or technological consulting.
* Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and result-oriented approach.
* Consultative approach with strong motivation to develop new opportunities.
* Active VAT number.
* Autonomy in work organization and goal-oriented mindset.
