Experteer Overview
In this role you drive revenue growth and margin for a portfolio across OEM and EMS customers in Military & Aerospace, Industrial, and Railway segments. You will manage regional accounts in Lazio and select areas in Campania and Puglia, coordinating cross-functional resources to deliver customer value. You’ll lead strategic planning, pipeline management, and quarterly business reviews to track progress. You’ll partner with suppliers and customers to align solutions with goals, shaping the company’s market position across your territory.

- Develop strategic relationships to understand business goals and craft value propositions and sales strategies
- Provide leadership in customer planning and engagement across programs and partnerships
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing partner marketing programs and customer needs
- Engage in joint planning to integrate services, programs, and supplier partnerships for long-term commitments
- Conduct regular business reviews to monitor revenue, growth, and execution of the business plan
- Maintain pipeline and metrics, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support supplier strategies by aligning solutions with customer needs for profitable growth
Responsabilità
- Sales experience in Military & Aerospace and Industrial markets
- Technical background preferred
- Ability to work independently within an assigned territory and handle moderate-sized accounts/opportunities
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of SAP, ERP, and order management systems preferred
- Team-oriented, collaborative approach with internal teams
- Willingness to travel regionally;
