✓ Support the management team in running day-to-day commercial operations with specific emphasis on indirect operations (distributors)
✓ He/she can be assigned specific regions or territories, depending on priority settings
✓ Engage in identifying and developing new partnerships able to translate strategy into tactical execution and sales transformation in priority markets
✓ Coordinate projects to streamline pricing, discounting and commercial offer structures in order to reduce profit leakage and enhance commercial discipline
✓ He/she can be assigned specific focus on the Aesthetics market
✓ Coordinate daily operations in terms of sales forecasting, supply chain, order processes/approvals, sell-in and sell-out analysis
✓ Act as focal point for contractual preparation related to distributors/partners to be submitted for approval processes
✓ Develop and propose key pricing strategies for distributors across all regions
✓ Set up the commercial analytics function to derive insights into sales trends, ROI of initiatives, pricing, and sales force productivity, with regular reporting updates
✓ Set up methodologies, processes and governance models to drive pricing excellence within the organization
✓ Develop key strategies for distributors' contracts, establishing minimum order quantities and minimum purchase obligations
✓ Create analytics supporting portfolio strategy across regions
✓ Provide guidance, support and contribute to business transformation strategies aimed at improving business efficiencies
✓ Focus on Asia, Far East and Middle East markets
✓ Influence and support geographic expansion within assigned regions
✓ QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
✓ Science or business graduate
✓ At least 3-5 years in similar role In reputed Aesthetics industry organisations.
✓ Understanding of commercial operations
✓ Understanding of supply chain requirements
