The ideal candidate will possess excellent market acumen, with a proven track record of successfully utilizing market funds to formulate product and pricing strategies that drive business growth.
The successful applicant will be responsible for optimizing the distributor system, ensuring timely supply chain inventory management, maintaining market order, and maximizing partner profitability.
A strong focus on regional sell-in and sell-out management is crucial, as the individual will need to ensure accurate sales forecasts and implement effective marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales Management, or a related field; preference given to candidates with experience in personal care small appliances, kitchen appliances, pet products, and other relevant fields.
* Over five years of relevant local work experience, with a deep understanding of the Italian market and proven success in integrated marketing campaigns.
* Strong ability to withstand pressure, coupled with excellent market development and sales capabilities, and a demonstrated history of working effectively in fast-paced environments.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop and leverage relationships, and team leadership experience, as well as project development expertise.
