The role acts as a strategic bridge between the Sales organization and internal functions such as Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Service. Responsibilities include product definition, market analysis, business case development, and technical-commercial support. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliManage and develop the Lobe Blowers product range throughout the entire product lifecycle, ensuring growth in key markets. /liliDefine and execute effective product strategies based on competitor analysis, application requirements, and market insights. /liliDevelop business cases, product definitions, and new product proposals in collaboration with Marketing Sales. /liliAlign Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Service to ensure a unified response to market needs. /liliProvide technical-commercial support, pricing structures, sales tools, and marketing materials for distributors and sales companies. /liliMonitor costs, profitability, sales volume, and market share, identifying actions to improve overall performance. /liliManage Aftermarket (AMT) activities including pricing, parts strategy, service plans, and upgrades. /liliDevelop and maintain product and application training programs for internal teams and sales channels. /li /ulpbBasic Qualifications /b /pulliDegree in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Marketing (or equivalent technical background). /liliExperience in Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, or Sales in Blowers, Centrifugal Pumps, Vacuum, or Compressors. /liliHigh proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Project. /liliFluent English; Italian language skills are a plus. /li /ulpbTravel Work Arrangements /b /ppRole based in Parma with availability for international travel.
