Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for establishing a channel system in Italy, including agents, secondary key accounts and OEM customers. Key objectives include optimizing the distributor system to ensure channel inventory supply, maintaining market order and ensuring partner profitability.
1. Evaluate current channel structure to identify opportunities for optimization;
2. Develop and implement product and price strategies based on market analysis;
3. Maintain relationships with existing distributors to ensure their ongoing support for our products;
4. Foster partnerships with new distributors to expand our reach and increase sales volume;
5. Analyze sales data to forecast future sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must have a strong understanding of Italian markets and be able to develop effective marketing strategies to drive business growth. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as marketing or sales management is required, along with at least five years of experience working in a similar capacity.
