# Be responsible for direct sales expansion and business development of the company’s full product portfolio (LED displays, lighting, smart poles, all-in-one conference systems, and integrated visual solutions) in the Italian market.
# Focus on developing and accessing key local resources that are not easily covered by the China-based team, including end users, major system integrators, consulting firms, and design institutes.
# Establish and maintain long-term relationships with top-tier integrators, consultants, and key project stakeholders to enable early-stage project engagement.
# Proactively obtain and manage first-hand project information, tracking and driving opportunities from early project stages.
# Lead spec-in activities at the early phase of projects by integrating the company’s products and solutions into design schemes, technical specifications, and tender documents.
# Take full ownership of the entire project lifecycle, including client communication, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, tender participation, and contract signing.
# Collaborate closely with internal teams (pre-sales, product, marketing, delivery, etc.) to ensure competitive and localized solutions for customers.
# Continuously monitor market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities; provide timely market feedback to support the company’s strategic decision-making.
# Organize and participate in both online and offline marketing activities and industry events.
Qualification
# sbased in Italy, with a Bachelor’s degree or above
# .3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience; experience in LED displays, AV systems, lighting, smart city solutions, or related industries is preferred
# .Strong direct sales and key account development capabilities, with the ability to independently develop and influence key clients
# .Existing local network with end users, major system integrators, consultants, or engineering companies is highly preferred
# .Familiar with project-based sales processes, including tendering procedures and technical specification xdwybme management
# .Proven experience in early-stage project engagement (spec-in), with the ability to influence project solutions and technical standards before tender release
# .Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, capable of driving complex and long-cycle projects to closure
# .Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
# .Results-oriented, highly self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure
# .Fluent in both Italy and English (written and spoken)
# .Strong professional ethics and sense of responsibility; aligned with company culture and able to strictly maintain business confidentiality
