We are seeking a Human Resource Manager / Quality Manager (m/f/d) to bring the essence of our A-ROSA experience to life in this stunning setting.
Responsibilities
* The S&M Manager is in charge of:
* Achieves S&M goals defined in coordination with General Manager and Company S&M Team
* Implements strategies to improve market penetration and sales productivity
* Increases sales volume and profitability by formulating and executing projects for all market areas as stated in the Hotel Business Plan
* Improves call productivity monitoring and tracking results and analyses sales statistics to formulate profitability
* Reviews market analysis to define client needs, occupancy potential, desired rates, etc
* Negotiates with clients to achieve maximum profit while satisfying client needs
* Meets the budgeted S&M results and profit margins by soliciting, evaluating, selling and confirming business
* Plans for and implements strategies to maintain and increase the volume of business through S&M promotion, potential markets needing coverage, advertising and special projects
* Monitors the S&M Department’s budget, taking corrective actions for any deviation
* Maintains accurate S&M statistics and account records and provides feedback to General Manager on changing market conditions and trends in competition
* Support all the marketing area activities
Requirements
* Quality management skills are needed
* Minimum 2 years work experience preferably at a high-level Hotel in the same role
* Italian and English confidence are mandatory. German language skills are a plus
* Great attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills
* Master degree preferably
