The Role: Outbound Call Sales Agent for the Italian MarketAs an Outbound Call Sales Agent targeting the Italian market, you will initiate conversations with potential clients, showcasing our products and services and driving our sales initiatives.

Your Daily Responsibilities

The Connector: Make outbound calls to prospects in Italy, introducing our offerings with enthusiasm and professionalism

The Closer: Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions that resonate with them

The Record Keeper: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system

The Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and improve sales strategies

The Learner: Participate in ongoing training opportunities to refine your knowledge about our products and sales techniques

Requirements

Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken

Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities

Results‐oriented with a passion for meeting targets

Able to thrive in fast‐paced and dynamic environments

Excellent problem‐solving skills with the ability to address customer objections effectively
