ResponsibilitiesQualify incoming leads and proactively prospect new project opportunities within the assigned territoryPlan and manage territory and account strategies to support short‑and long‑term growthBuild and maintain strong relationships with priority execution‑phase stakeholders, including installers, panel builders, contractors, and agentsConduct detailed opportunity discovery, gaining a deep understanding of project scope, specifications, and decision‑making dynamicsLead the bid / no‑bid decision process and ensure timely communication with internal stakeholdersCoordinate closely with Quotation Factory, Specification Engineering, and Engineering Back Office to develop compliant and competitive solutionsWork in constant collaboration with the agent network, leveraging local market intelligenceFollow pre‑specified project opportunities, using insights provided by Application EngineeringEnsure installer RFQs are aligned with approved and favorable panel buildersManage all commercial aspects of quotations for specified and pre‑specified tenders, including pricing strategy and margin protectionDesign and present commercially viable, specification‑compliant project solutionsConduct regular business and pipeline reviews, including opportunity and quote managementEnsure accurate handling of administrative activities and CRM updatesDrive continuous improvement through feedback, learning, and best‑practice sharingQualificationsHigh school diploma combined with relevant job‑related training or on‑the‑job experience, or a post‑secondary degree or diplomaMinimum 3 years of experience within the Commercial & Institutional (C&I) project environment, ideally related to electrical installations, life safety systems, xjrgpwk or similar fieldsSolid understanding of project‑based sales dynamics and execution‑phase stakeholdersProven network and established relationships with major installers and contractors within the assigned geographic areaResults‑driven, ethical, proactive, and accountable; strong communication, analytical, and relationship‑building skillsStrategic thinker with resilience, adaptability, and effective time managementWorking knowledge of AutoCAD, CPQ/quoting tools, CRM/PRM systemsProficient in Microsoft 365, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and common digital tools
