Role OverviewWe are looking for aBusiness Development Managerto grow our boutique network, manage onboarding, organize CRM pipelines, coordinate logistics partners, and help drive monthly growth targets.
You will joindaily online team meetingsand take part in hiring and guiding aBrand Partnerships Associateas the team expands.
ResponsibilitiesDaily reporting.
Hiring brand partnerships associates on OAB basis.
Identify and contact luxury boutiques and brand representatives.
Present WizBay and secure partnership onboarding.
Manage onboarding: documentation, verification, and product upload support.
Organize and maintain theCRMand brand pipeline.
Joindaily online internal meetingsfor coordination and progress review.
Support inhiring and supervisinga Brand Partnerships Associate.
Work towardsmonthly onboarding and revenue targets.
Compare and coordinatelogistics partners(DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.) with focus on Italy ? EU delivery and customs/FDA compliance.
Attend boutique visits and relevant industry events in Milan.
RequirementsExperience insales or business developmentin fashion or luxury.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing CRM follow-ups.
Professional presentation and relationship-building ability.
Fluent Italian & English(additional languages are a plus).
What We Offer€1,800/month base salary(contracted in Cyprus).
