* Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with account collaborators and drive account plans
* Identify white spaces and new project opportunities within accounts
* Engage key partners, mapping roles and facilitating collaboration with Emerson sales personas
* Conduct needs assessments with BDMs to uncover customer pains and drivers
* Present tailored solutions that meet customers' specific needs
* Pursue new business opportunities from lead to purchase order within assigned accounts
* Collaborate with support teams, BDMs, and specialists to ensure high‑quality conversations and solutions
* Allocate complex pursuits to Solutions BDM or project pursuit leaders
* Realize price through portfolio value, balancing price and volume
* Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify emerging opportunities
Responsabilità
* 3–5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in instrumentation or a related technical field
* Strong technical skills with the ability to learn complex products quickly
* Experience in CRM systems
* Fluency in Italian
* Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
* Availability to travel up to 60% within the Lombardia region
