We provide services in system integration, data management, virtualization, tailored software development and cloud solution implementation.We specialize in leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, IoT, blockchain, and augmented reality.Our primary goal is to help clients enhance their operational efficiency, optimize workflows, and achieve tangible results through the adoption of next-generation technological solutions.We are proud to be one of the leading companies in digital innovation in Campania and aim to further expand our presence in the ICT market by offering increasingly advanced and tailored solutions to meet our clients' specific needs.EMM is looking for a:IT Observability LeadMain Activities:Execution Support: Collaborate with the Observability Manager and stakeholders across IT, Digital, and business areas to implement observability solutions aligned with architecture and operational needs.Tool Configuration: Support setup, tuning, and maintenance of observability platforms (e.g. Dynatrace, Splunk, Elastic Stack) to enable effective usage by IT operations and engineering teams.Monitoring Frameworks: Develop and maintain monitoring frameworks with defined KPIs, baselines, and alert thresholds to enable early anomaly detection and structured incident response.Telemetry Analysis: Analyze observability data to identify trends, performance issues, and user experience metrics.
