At ABB, you will lead the Sales Support team for the ELSE Primary Service Center Italy export business. You will provide world‑class technical and commercial support across markets, driving sales growth and ensuring targets and OR KPIs are met. You will oversee estimations, bids, and proposals to align with ABB standards and commercial goals, while enabling Area Managers to win new deals. This role offers the chance to shape export strategy, mentor a cross‑country team, and contribute to ABB's mission of running what runs the world.
Retribuzione / Benefits
* Lead, mentor and manage the Sales Support team and Area Managers for export business; set targets and drive revenue and OR KPI achievement across designated countries
* Develop and implement the local sales support strategy aligned with ABB Electrification Service (ELSE) global vision; monitor and adjust for continuous improvement
* Monitor project pipeline, identify sales opportunities, remove blockers, and accelerate deal closure
* Drive enablement initiatives for LV and MV product portfolio
Responsabilità
* 8+ years in sales management or sales support leadership; proven export growth and KPI performance
* Deep expertise in LV & MV electrical product portfolios or equivalent switchgear and retrofit solutions
* Proficiency with sales enablement tools, CRM platforms (SAP, Salesforce, or equivalent), and pipeline management; multi‑country sales coordination experience
* Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management; ability to thrive in a matrix organization
