The CS Sales Account will be part of the Customer Service Department.
You will be the point of contact for our customers for solution proposal, order management of CS range of products and services, from receipt of request to shipment.
**Your Role**:
- You will build offer designs based on customer inputs/needs and proactive CS solutions' proposals;
- You will present the full proposal to the client;
- You will be responsible for scouting new opportunities;
- You will update the database of offers and orders in terms of prices and delivery dates;
- You will interface with Operations both in the quote development phase and during production and installation at the customer's site;
- You will interact with the Technical Office for any clarifications, requests for changes and replacement of materials.
**Your profile**:
- Master’s Degree in engineering or economics;
- Previous experience in Sales or Customer Service departments;
- Fluent knowledge of English and French;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, nice to have knowledge of SAP;
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills;
- Available to travel if it is requested;
- Problem solving skills;
- Able to work under pressure and strong time management skills;
- Ability to prioritize and deal the urgencies.
