Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes. /p h3Partner with the Best: /h3 pAs a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for project delivery of Upgrades Plant Solutions for Gas and Energy transition applications and projects Pl accountability. /p ul lipManaging and coordinating Upgrades/retrofit jobs on Rotating equipment machinery for Oil Gas and Energy transition-related projects to meet Contract obligations. /p /li lipManaging financial performances, including planning and reporting, of the assigned projects, in terms of costs, revenues, contribution margin and cash collection. /p /li lipCoordinating the scope of work of the contracts, ensuring excellence in the execution, quality and timely delivery to meet Customer satisfaction. /p /li lipManaging cross-functional teams and driving both internal and external execution to meet contractual obligations and business targets. /p /li lipOrganizing and leading project review meetings and project deliverables, discussing/reviewing outcomes also with all internal stakeholders including the Project Management Leader. /p /li lipIdentifying and carefully evaluating risks and opportunities during the project lifecycle and working with multiple functions to mitigate them /p /li lipKeeping Customers updated about design changes and relevant commercial implications. Provide information about the latest advancements in upgrade opportunities to Customers. /p /li lipOperating according to performance indicators, e.g. timeliness of project launch, quality of project report, project productivity, and NPS (Net Promoter Score). /p /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will: /p ul lipHave a Bachelor's degree in engineering with vast Oil Gas industry experience /p /li lipHave prior experience managing projects on Rotating equipment /p /li lipHave proven experience in project management /p /li lipHave proven experience in successfully managing various contracts related to Retrofit Projects and achieving required contractual KPIs /p /li lipHave experience in site execution, installation and commissioning /p /li lipBe IPMA or PMP-certified /p /li lipHave prior experience working on EPC Projects /p /li lipHave a willingness to travel to engage and meet with Customers /p /li lipBe fluent in spoken and written English /p /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
