Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new BESS market opportunities across the EU
* Build and strengthen relationships with key BESS stakeholders like Utilities, Developers, EPCs, Regulators, and Grid Operators
* Develop go-to-market strategies and customer engagement plans
* Develop a robust opportunity pipeline aligned with business targets, and hand over the qualified opportunities to Sales
* Track and interpret energy policies, incentives, grid regulations, and market reforms across EU markets
* Monitor competitors' activities, technology trends, and market pricing
* Provide structured market intelligence reports, forecasts, and strategic insights to Business head
* Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product and Legal to ensure proper strong market positioning
* Work closely with Marketing to plan and participate in industry events, conferences, and thought-leadership initiatives
Requirements
* 5+ years' experience in sales or product marketing or business development in the renewables utility-scale energy industry
* Experience in Storage is preferrable.
* Strong understanding of European power markets, grid services, and regulatory landscape
* Proven ability to build high-level industry relationships.
* Solid analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in English (additional EU languages a plus)
* Remote EU-based role, covering a subregion within Europe
