Job Description:
Objectives:
* Negotiate with existing customers and prospect new clients in Italy, in collaboration with management.
* Act as a Key Account Manager for international clients.
* Provide offers and quotes to customers.
* Report to the Sales Director Europe.
Main Activities:
* Define sales strategies for various products.
* Gather information for sale contracts.
* Coordinate with technical team to propose suitable solutions.
* Seek new business opportunities, especially in replacing Polyamide compounds.
* Negotiate sale terms with management.
* Manage customer rates and records.
* Issue material samples and test requests.
* Build and maintain customer relationships.
* Ensure proper application of contracts and sales volumes.
* Manage customer and financial risks, delivery issues, and structural changes.
* Serve as an interface between customers and internal teams.
* Assist technical and sales teams with tests, complaints, or disputes.
* Report on sales activities and customer interactions.
Your profile:
* Skilled in sales and negotiation techniques.
* Knowledgeable about company's products and advantages.
* Experienced in plastics industry, especially injection moulding, with a successful account management record.
* Analytical with market adaptability.
* Decisive, problem-solver.
* Excellent communicator across departments.
* Good time management and self-motivated.
* Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
