One Voice: /b Collaboration makes us stronger. /p /li /ul h3Your Mission: /h3 ul lipCustomer Identification: Proactively identify potential customers in your area through prospecting, lead generation, networking, and referrals. /p /li lipRelationship Building: Meet with current and potential customers in person to understand their challenges, build empathy, and establish trust by providing a positive experience. /p /li lipClosing: Utilize effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and consistently achieve your targets. /p /li lipProduct Knowledge: Become an expert on all things Teya and our suite of products (don’t worry, you’ll receive plenty of training!). /p /li lipMarket Feedback: Collaborate with the rest of the company by providing valuable 'boots-on-the-ground' insights to help improve our products. /p /li lipCustomer Loyalty: Maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for up‑selling and cross‑selling Teya solutions to maximize value and retention. /p /li lipBrand Representation: Act as the face of Teya in your territory, embodying our values and our vision. /p /li /ul h3Your Responsibilities: /h3 ul lipField activities to acquire new customers within your assigned territory; /p /li lipParticipation in morning team meetings to define plans, set goals, and share experiences; /p /li lipManagement of an active client portfolio and post-sales activities; /p /li lipProviding excellent and personalized customer service. /p /li lipYour mission is not just to close contracts, but to create lasting partnerships and contribute to the satisfaction and success of our customers by truly understanding their needs. /p /li /ul h3Your Profile: /h3 ul lipMinimum 2 years experience in a commercial role with short sales cycles.
