Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is a paid B2B service that aims to help strategic brands partner with Amazon to grow their business. As an Associate Account Manager (internal title: Brand Specialist), you will gain 360-degree exposure to all areas of e-commerce at a Pan-EU level, owning the relationship with your brand and structuring a short- and long-term strategy oriented at the brand’s growth and customer satisfaction. You will act as a consultant, driving selection and promotional activities, monitoring success metrics daily, and ensuring the brand’s experience with AVS demonstrates our customer obsession. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement new ideas and processes within Amazon EU, such as (Product) Category Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Marketing, developing your skills and future career. Your role will focus on four crucial business areas:
* Core Service: Use your knowledge in deep data analytics to identify EU industry opportunities and provide recommendations to improve overall business performance through Amazon programs (e.g., Amazon Business) to drive long-term benefits.
* Availability & Operational Excellence: Drive EU supply-chain operational excellence initiatives by reducing costs, defects, lead times, and managing stock in our fulfillment centers.
* Promotion & Funding: Provide recommendations for the brand’s marketing and advertising campaigns to promote new products, increase traffic, and improve conversion. Plan, implement, and manage promotional activities for Amazon events such as Prime Day, helping your brands generate sales. Additionally, drive brand weeks with your vendors and work closely with Amazon Advertising to explore further marketing opportunities.
* Selection & IDQ: Help grow product selection by managing new product launches and improving discoverability. Identify product gaps, onboard new products, and oversee their ramp-up, while enhancing the customer journey on Amazon (e.g., performing store walkthroughs, competitor benchmarking, creating enhanced content on detail pages).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent experience
* Fluent written and verbal communication in Italian and English (minimum C1 level) — language skills will be tested during the process
* Minimum of 12 months professional experience after graduation in Sales, Buying, Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or Consulting
* Proficiency in MS Office programs (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong business acumen and analytical skills
* Knowledge of another European language (German, French, Spanish)
