The position reports to the Marketing Director and works cross-functionally with retail, hospitality, and central marketing teams to deliver impactful initiatives. This role is on an ongoing interim basis and requires an immediate start. /ppstrongThe Role /strong /pulliLead the development and implementation of the brands retail marketing strategy, aligned with commercial and brand objectives. /liliBuild and nurture strong relationships with brand partners, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering best-in-class marketing support. /liliPlan and execute integrated 360° retail marketing campaigns, including boutique openings, seasonal activations, and guest experiences. /liliManage end-to-end delivery of all retail marketing initiatives with a focus on high quality, creativity, and performance. /liliDevelop innovative activations that drive qualitative footfall and enhance the guest journey. /liliOwn and manage the retail marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximum return on investment. /liliPrepare detailed post-campaign reports, measuring performance against KPIs and identifying areas for continuous improvement. /liliCollaborate closely with internal teams and ensure alignment with central brand guidelines and business goals. /li /ulpstrongRequirements /strong /pulliDegree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). /liliSignificant experience in a senior retail or brand marketing role within luxury or premium retail environments. /liliStrategic mindset with a strong operational capability and commercial awareness. /liliExceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. /liliDemonstrated success in leading cross-functional campaigns and delivering impactful activations. /liliExcellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. /liliProficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with reporting and marketing analytics tools. /liliFluency in both English and italian is essential. /li /ulpInterested?
