Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales growth, develop strategic partnerships, and expand market presence within the semiconductor sector.
Main Responsibilities
* Prepare regular sales reports, including sales volume, potential sales volume, and suggestions for expanding the customer base
* Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market share in the semiconductor industry
* Identify and engage new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
* Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
* Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align solutions with customer needs
* Stay up-to-date with market trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities
* Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability
* Collaborate with the team to present sales pitches to key clients, maintain client relationships, negotiate, and close deals
Requirements
* Sales experience in semiconductors or related industries, with a strong understanding of electronic components, supply chains, and technical sales
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
* Strong understanding of semiconductor products, supply chains, and market dynamics
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment with a results-oriented mindset
* Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics to track performance and optimize strategies
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations
