As Service Sales Manager you drive the post‑sales service business for designated accounts, promoting CSAs and Production Value Services including SW Solutions. You are the primary service sales contact for HW Sales Teams and Account Managers, shaping sales strategies and guiding Quote to Cash to hit orders and profitability targets. You analyze customer needs, coordinate cross‑functional efforts, and proactively communicate to secure value‑based service deals. You will travel domestically and internationally to strengthen customer relationships and align with global teams.

- Maintaining strong relationships with Account Managers and leadership
- Assisting in account strategy to meet business objectives in product and PS sales
- Participating in closed‑loop customer management
Responsabilità
- Customer‑facing experience, preferably global
- Strategic sales skills and account management experience
- Cross‑functional and cross‑region communication ability
- Marketing and sales experience in services and SW solutions
- Ability to articulate service value using a value‑selling approach
- Technical degree or equivalent
- Product and system knowledge
- Negotiation skills and ability to achieve favorable outcomes
- Data analysis and results communication
- Multi‑tasking and proactive communication
- Team‑oriented, multicultural mindset
- Fluent in English; other EU languages nice to have
- Customer‑centric, consultative selling mentality
- Experience in semiconductor field and test engineering environments
- Ability to present material confidently to internal/external audiences
