For our Client, an international designer and manufacturer of advanced solutions for Aerospace, Defense, and Automotive & Motorsport OEMs, we are searching for a
SALES MANAGER AUTOMOTIVE & MOTORSPORT.
We are seeking an experienced Sales leader to develop, grow, and maintain customers for our Automotive & Motorsport Business Unit.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities
Work with internal Technicians and Engineering personnel to obtain timely turnaround of analysis and ideas to support customer needs and requests
Cultivate and manage new sales opportunities from initial contact to close
Learn and understand key client needs on an ongoing basis
Skill And Experience Requirements
At least 5 years of technical experience in the Automotive & Motorsport business
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field
Self-motivated and energetic
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Be fluent in English
Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
Technically astute and able to comprehend engineering and design challenges faced by prospective customers
Strong work ethic, and motivated to work in a high performing, results-oriented environment
Ability to coordinate and work well with other sales professionals
Willingness to travel regularly
