Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Solar Module Sales Manager/Director to drive business growth in Italy. The role involves market analysis, relationship building, sales target achievement, and collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure successful product launches and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to grow solar module sales.
2. Conduct regional market analysis, including supply/demand trends, policies, and competitor activities.
3. Build relationships with distributors, installers, and consultants.
4. Set and meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
5. Support marketing initiatives like exhibitions and product launches.
6. Prepare sales reports and analyze customer feedback and market trends.
7. Engage with industry players to align product offerings with market needs.
8. Develop proposals for tenders and explore new market segments.
9. Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers on product delivery.
10. Participate in product design reviews and oversee product launches.
Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of experience in the solar module industry, with a background in manufacturing or sales to developers and EPCs.
2. Proven sales and business development skills.
3. Understanding of procurement processes and customer relations.
4. Strong decision-making, financial, and analytical skills.
5. Proactive, entrepreneurial, and competitive mindset.
6. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
7. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
8. Willingness to travel up to 50-60%.
9. Proficiency in English and Italian.
