PpItalian Hospitality Collection is a portfolio of hotels, resorts and spas, hand-picked for their beauty, history and enchanting surroundings. /p pbChia Laguna Resort in Sardinia /b, featuring 3 different hotels – Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia, Baia di Chia Resort Sardinia – Curio Collection by Hilton, and Hotel Village, with a total of 424 keys and a conference centre with 8 meeting rooms for up to 900 delegates. /p pbFonteverde Lifestyle Thermal Retreat in Tuscany /b, a member of the Leading Hotels of the World, with 78 keys and 3 meeting rooms for up to 85 delegates. /p pbGrotta Giusti Thermal Spa Resort in Tuscany /b, a member of the Autograph Collection by Marriott, with 68 keys and 4 meeting rooms for up to 60 delegates. /p pbBagni di Pisa Palace Thermal Spa in Tuscany /b, a member of the Leading Hotels of the World, with 61 keys and 3 meeting rooms for up to 100 delegates. /p pbLe Massif Hotel Lodge in Courmayeur /b, a member of the Leading Hotels of the World, with 80 keys and nearby meeting facilities for up to 150 delegates. /p pOur mission is to bring together out‑of‑the‑ordinary properties, offer our guests memorable experiences in true Italian style, give our employees stimulating places to work and grow professionally, and achieve our shareholders’ financial goals. /p pWe are currently recruiting talented and passionate people ready to make the difference and step above the crowd. /p h3MANDATORY PREFERABLE REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liA minimum 5 years of travel industry experience in MICE sales manager role. /li liExcellent knowledge and track record of incremental success in MICE segment (agencies and corporate) in Italian and international Markets is a must. /li liNative or fluent in Italian (written and spoken). /li liFluent in English (written and spoken). /li liMust be an EU Citizen or possess an Italian work visa. /li liHighly computer literate. /li liCurrent experience with an international branded hotel group. /li liAdditional language (French or German would be considered a plus). /li /ul h3SCOPE OF THIS ROLE /h3 pThe main objective of this role is to reach group volumes, ADR and total revenue through pro‑active and reactive commercial activities. /p pThe successful candidate should demonstrate a clear commitment to the importance of IHC brand’s philosophy, possess strong written and oral communication skills, as well as being experienced in negotiation and time management. /p pThe company also requires the candidate to follow all procedures and plans in order to contribute in achieving and exceeding revenue targets. /p pThe candidate will report to the Corporate Director of Sales Marketing. /p h3CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS /h3 ul liDevelop and implement the Annual MICE Sales Plan, including key account plans, soliciting, and servicing selected markets and accounts. /li liDevelop account plans, detailed objectives, timescales and sales methods to support the defined sales strategy. /li liMonitor, identify and report current and future business trends and opportunities to ensure profitable sales in periods of low and high demand. /li liProvide immediate sales assistance for all critical situations of key accounts, to maintain an active account load and to act as the sales leader. /li liActively participate in the development and delivery of sales plans. Prepare, present and execute the Annual Sales Action Plan for the assigned accounts. /li liMonitor, analyse and report sales results. /li liProactively plan and execute weekly sales appointments, sales promotion, and follow‑ups in order to achieve and exceed revenue targets. /li liConstantly and timely update CRM software with sales calls, account information, tasks, and projects. /li liAccurately identify the level of influence and decision‑making power of contacts in the customer organization, using these to secure business. /li liSupport Conference Events with conversion of new and repeat enquiries. /li liReview customer base to determine new opportunities for account penetration. /li liContribute ideas to improve products and services offered. /li liAttend sales trips and trade‑shows nationally and internationally in accordance with the Sales Trips Plan. /li /ul h3KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS /h3 ul liRoom Revenues in group MICE segment according to budget guidelines. /li liRoom nights in group segment according to budget guidelines. /li liADR in group segment according to budget guidelines. /li /ul h3PERSONALITY SKILLS /h3 pThese are the personal skills, qualities, and attributes you will need to demonstrate to carry out your job effectively. /p ul liExcellent business hunter, he/she sets high personal performance standards. /li liMust display knowledge of the Hospitality Industry, MICE and Luxury markets. /li liPlans, organizes and uses a systematic approach to get things done, managing time and resources effectively.
