The role of Customer Care Specialist reporting to the Customer Center Manager will be based in Florence and will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating work environment alongside talented professionals. The professional we are looking for is self-driven and highly collaborative. She/he will have a crucial role in supporting our customer needs.
