Responsibilities
Support commercial activities and manage communications with clients.
Insert and update data in the company ERP system.
Manage orders, prepare documents and offers for customers.
Monitor customer requests and support negotiations.
Filter calls and manage correspondence.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proper flow of information.
Requirements
High school diploma or university degree.
Excellent knowledge of Office suite, especially Excel.
Organizational skills, precision and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and relational skills.
Team orientation and ability to manage multiple concurrent activities.
