What will you do?
As part of the Graduate Specialist Program for Junior Sales Engineers at Linear Technologies, based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI), you will participate in a blended training program designed to develop your technical skills and cross-functional competencies like sales, communication, teamwork, and business processes.
Through local training and international experience at our plants and headquarters, you will gain comprehensive exposure to the commercial cycle and develop a strong foundation in customer development and Linear Technologies solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Shaping the future: Developing new markets by identifying and approaching underserved customers, supporting sales network expansion, and enhancing competitiveness in the LT segment.
* Collaborating: Working alongside the local sales team and sharing insights with international colleagues and headquarters to learn best practices.
* Innovating and developing: Understanding market dynamics and customer needs to recommend suitable solutions, and representing the company at industry events and trade fairs to explore new business opportunities.
What are we looking for?
Education & Language Skills:
* University degree or ITS specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
* English proficiency at least B1 level, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking with international teams and headquarters.
Organizational Skills:
* Motivated to achieve results and focused on customer satisfaction.
Soft Skills:
* Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
* Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders.
