He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.Reports to Sous Chef.Main duties & responsibilities:The Demi Chef de Partie pastry will:Meal preparation: cooking and preparing food for each serviceMaintain safety, health and hygiene standards in all areas of the kitchenControls incoming goods and stores them in perfect conditionsMonitors portion and waste controlPerforms all duties assigned by the Sous Chef and/or Executive ChefRequirementsCompetencies required:Thorough knowledge of cooking styles, equipments and raw materials processing techniquesAt least 3 years of previous professional experience within the same role in a luxury environmentTourism or Hospitality degree preferredPassion for service and ambition to grow professionallyOther requirements:Effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptabilityCollaboration: be able and willing to work as a team playerDrive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleaguesGlobal perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or backgroundHACCP certificationBenefitsWe offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
