Field Sales Engineer
South Area (Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, Sicily)

The Group is internationally active in various markets with three business divisions and around 7300 employees, fostering strong team spirit and passion. Würth Elektronik Italia is currently looking for a Field Sales Engineer to join our team in the South Area.
Responsibilities
Managing and developing the customer portfolio within the assigned territory through regular and qualified coverage.
Systematically acquiring new target customers through proactive field sales activities.
Presenting our technical solutions and supporting customers during the project development phase.
Actively managing the sales pipeline in the CRM and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
Working closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure integrated and synergetic market coverage.
Participating in trade fairs, industry events, and local marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or an equivalent qualification; a technical degree is considered a plus.
Previous experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in the electronics or electromechanical sector.
Good command of English.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long‐term, trust‐based relationships with technical customers and decision‐makers.
Good knowledge of the industrial landscape in Southern Italy is considered a plus.
Preferably based in Campania and willing to travel across the entire South Area.
Proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a results‐oriented approach.
