Technical Account Manager – F5 Networks
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions (ECS), a part of Arrow Electronics, delivers innovative IT solutions to market to solve complex business challenges. What Will You Do
Arrow is looking for a Technical Account Manager – F5 Networks to join our team in Milan or Bolzano. You'll be working in the technical department promoting our products and IT solutions to partners.

Acquire necessary certifications and expand practical skills for Network and Storage solutions and other Vendors.
Support internal departments, deliver technical presentations, demos, PoC implementations, conduct trainings and webinars, and provide technical advice and support for customers.
Participate in technology fairs and events.
Support the business teams in developing offers and answering technical questions on assigned solutions.
Train, deliver webinars, technical presentations, product demos, and PoCs.
Conduct customer visits (virtual and onsite) with sales colleagues.
Work on a defined list of customers to enable or develop according to the Business Unit needs.
Continuously be trained in the latest technologies.
Manage customer support cases using our ticketing system.

What We Are Looking For

Customer orientation with innovation sense and technology experience in Network and Storage Vendors.
Experience in IT technology, especially in Network and Cyber Security.
F5 Networks' product and service knowledge is a plus.
Experience in technical presentations, demos, PoC implementations.
Experience in running training courses and webinars.
Experience relating to technical stakeholders and channel business.
A passion to learn new technologies and a strong attitude for new challenges.
Technical IT high school or technical degree in Computer Science.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to identify and resolve partner issues, prioritize workload.
Business fluency in Italian and English.
Traveling up to required frequency.
