ProductLife Group is seeking a Regional Marketing Manager (Southern Europe) in Italy to join our Global Marketing team.
Role:
As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will execute localized marketing strategies aligned with global objectives. You will collaborate with sales, sales operations, and global marketing teams to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth in your region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Campaign Execution: Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns via social media, email, and advertising platforms. Analyze and report on campaign performance.
2. Social Media Management: Manage regional social media channels, create engaging content, and interact with audiences to strengthen brand presence.
3. Marketing Technology Expertise: Serve as a super user for marketing platforms like Pardot, managing email campaigns, website updates, and analytics. Lead webinar activities and optimize tool usage.
4. Event Support & Management: Coordinate logistics with the global events team, act as a contact point, and provide on-site support when needed.
5. Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Develop analytics to measure marketing effectiveness across channels and use insights for continuous improvement.
6. Content Management: Ensure consistency and currency of marketing content across channels. Maintain tracking and calendars for activities.
Required Skills:
* 5+ years of relevant experience.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, effective in cross-functional teams.
* Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
* Ability to work effectively with diverse partners in an international setting.
* Proficiency in English for communication.
