The brand was established in 1968 by Mrs. Jil Sander, it is directed by Simone Bellotti, and it was acquired by the OTB Fashion Group in 2021. /p h3About the Role: /h3 pJil Sander is looking for Social Media Manager to lead the brand’s organic and paid social media ecosystem worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and cross‑functional collaboration, shaping how the Jil Sander voice comes to life across all digital platforms. /p pYou will be responsible for driving our global social presence—from content planning to publishing, analytics, community management, partnerships, and paid social strategy—ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand narrative across markets. /p pThis is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in shaping the digital expression of a luxury fashion house known for its purity, craftsmanship, and modernity. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h3b1. Organic Social Media Strategy Management /b /h3 ul liLead end‑to‑end management of the global organic social media ecosystem across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Weibo, WeChat, RED, and LINE. /li liMaintain, evolve, and execute the global organic social strategy, ensuring coherence, brand alignment, and a strong visual and narrative identity. /li liPartner closely with Creative, PR, Digital, Merchandising, and Regional Marketing teams to maintain consistent messaging and support seasonal priorities. /li /ul h3b2. Content Planning, Publishing Quality Control /b /h3 ul liOwn the global content calendar, timelines, and milestones across all platforms. /li liManage publishing for all Western social channels, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. /li liOversee regional content execution and approvals, including the Creative Director’s content. /li liLead copywriting reviews, asset approvals, and scheduling across markets. /li liBrief content needs for pre‑production, on‑set, and post‑production phases, ensuring assets match social best practices and brand standards. /li /ul h3b3. Analytics, Reporting Optimization /b /h3 ul liTrack and analyze performance metrics, audience behavior, and engagement trends across platforms. /li liProvide actionable insights and reports to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams. /li liMonitor competitive benchmarks, platform developments, and emerging formats to optimize strategy and execution. /li /ul h3b4. Community Management /b /h3 ul liOversee brand‑aligned, timely responses and interactions across platforms. /li liSupport the development of engagement tactics and community‑building initiatives. /li /ul h3b5. Influencer, VIP Partnership Management /b /h3 ul liIdentify, evaluate, and manage global influencer and VIP partnerships aligned with brand positioning. /li liOversee content deliverables, timelines, approval flows, and performance measurement. /li /ul h3b6. Paid Social Media Strategy Execution /b /h3 ul liLead the development and execution of the global paid social strategy, ensuring alignment with organic efforts. /li liPartner with internal teams and external agencies to manage campaigns, optimize performance, and deliver against brand KPIs. /li liManage budget allocation, creative rotations, audience targeting, and reporting cadences. /li /ul h3b7. Cross‑Channel Paid Media Coordination (Social, Digital, OOH, Media) /b /h3 ul liServe as the strategic connector between social media, digital marketing, retail marketing, media agencies, and cross‑functional teams. /li liEnsure unified storytelling across all touchpoints, aligning social with broader 360° media and campaign strategies. /li liManage messaging frameworks, asset timelines, and cross‑channel performance insights. /li /ul h3b8. Budget, Forecasting Vendor Management /b /h3 ul liOversee the global social media budget, including asset creation, tools, services, and agency fees. /li liManage procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships. /li liEnsure responsible budget pacing and strategic resource allocation. /li /ul h3b9. Innovation Platform Development /b /h3 ul liIdentify new opportunities, platform features, and emerging channels to elevate the brand’s social presence. /li liTest new content formats, creative directions, and technologies to drive performance and relevance. /li liStay ahead of cultural, industry, and algorithmic trends. /li /ul h3b10. Cross‑Functional Collaboration /b /h3 ul liWork closely with Marketing, E‑commerce, CRM, Retail, PR, Creative Studio, and Regional Teams on 360° initiatives. /li liContribute to seasonal and campaign planning, ensuring social media needs are integrated from the outset. /li /ul h3Qualifications: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields. /li li5+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in luxury fashion or premium lifestyle brands. /li liStrong expertise in global platforms and cultural nuances, especially in China and Japan. /li liProven experience managing paid social media campaigns and collaborating with media agencies. /li liDeep command of analytics tools, KPIs, and data‑driven optimization. /li liExceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional stakeholders. /li liStrong writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills. /li liHighly detail‑oriented and comfortable in fast‑paced, dynamic environments. /li /ul h3Why Join Us? /h3 pAt Jil Sander, you will join a team that values creativity, precision, and modernity.
