As Advisor you will support Gucci Osteria to give its clients a state of the art experience. Specifically you will be the first point of contact for our guests and you will welcome customers, manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure a positive clients’ experience from arrival to departure. Key Accountabilities - Greet guests warmly as they arrive and accompany them to their tables - Manage reservations via phone, online platforms, and walk-ins. - Maintain an accurate waitlist and provide wait time estimates. - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally. - Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and daily reports. Job Requirements - At least one year of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry.
