At Angst+Pfister Group, we are a leading global partner for industrial sealing and engineered solutions, supporting our customers with deep technical expertise and strong value proposition. To further accelerate our growth in Italy, we are looking for a high‐performing Key Account Manager who will drive new business development, win strategic OEM projects, and build a strong pipeline of multi‐year opportunities in the sealing technology segment.

YOUR MISSION

* Take full ownership of key OEM customers in Italy while actively developing high‐potential new accounts, with a clear focus on generating strong growth and expanding market share
* Build and manage a solid sales pipeline of strategic projects, ensuring consistent order intake and long‐term business development
* Drive profitable business growth by acquiring and closing new projects, leveraging Angst+Pfister's engineering capabilities and value proposition
* Develop tailor‐made solutions by aligning our sealing technologies and USPs with customer‐specific requirements
* Proactively identify, approach, and win new strategic customers in the Italian market, with a strong hunting mindset
* Build strong, long‐term customer relationships through frequent visits, structured account management, and proactive issue resolution, in close alignment with internal engineering and management teams

YOUR PROFILE

* Master's degree in Business with a technical focus and/or a Master's degree in Engineering
* Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of generating significant growth and winning complex projects
* Strong technical expertise in sealing technologies combined with a solid track record of profitable growth in the Italian market
* Ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders (engineering, purchasing, management)
* Demonstrated ability to build trustful relationships, negotiate at senior level, and win complex, solution‐driven business
* Entrepreneurial mindset, results‐driven, and able to operate with high level of ownership and accountability
* Proficiency in Italian and fluent in English (written and spoken)
