Whether you have a proven track record in business or a robust network of contacts, our brokers operate within a professional and international team, fostering a pleasant and dynamic atmosphere. We offer a motivating compensation package based on your role as a sales representative or sales agent.
Responsibilities
* Prospect for new properties using Italy Sotheby's International Realty marketing tools.
* Establish and nurture a strong network of contacts, including prescribers, partners, and opinion leaders.
* Conduct high-end residential real estate property assessments within the agency sector.
* Organize and facilitate property viewings.
* Negotiate transactions while safeguarding the interests of all parties involved.
* Provide guidance and support to buyers and sellers throughout the sales process.
* Analyze the real estate market and stay abreast of industry trends.
* Participate in team meetings.
