Amazon Ads is one of Amazon's fastest growing organizations, reinventing advertising experiences with full-funnel advertising, at scale, using AI-powered models and technologies. This role owns, builds, and executes plans for launching 0-1 products for brands and customers, combining product and technical depth with experience applying AI and technology at scale in online advertising.
This is a hands-on leadership position that requires the ability to think strategically, create structure in ambiguity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including distribution leaders, applied scientists, and engineers. Key job responsibilities
* Invent and launch new products & solutions leveraging Agentic AI and LLMs.
* Build products that leverage AI and technology for full-funnel campaigns.
* Identify opportunities and write proposals to drive growth areas for advertisers.
* Collaborate with science, engineering, design, operations, legal, customer service, measurement, customers, partners, and executives to ensure seamless execution.
* Work with cross-functional product teams in a fast-paced environment, experimenting with new possibilities and taking calculated risks.
* Develop product strategies, roadmaps, and detailed requirements to execute the vision.
* Leverage analytical skills and operate with high standards, both independently and as part of a team.

Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
* 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
* Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
* Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working directly with engineers on product enhancements
* Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
* Experience in B2B, digital advertising, and ad-tech products/services

Benefits and compensation
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and RSUs. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
