We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager Executive (F/M) to strengthen our connection with the winter sports community ️️
As the brand’s key representative among influencers and ambassadors, you’ll play a central role in promoting our presence across Ski, Nordic skiing, and Snowboard disciplines.
The main responsibilities of the role will be:
Brand Representation:
 1. Act as the primary representative of Salomon to influencers, partners, events, federations, and national sports authorities.
 2. Lead and manage local sports programs, including ambassadors and partnerships.
Ambassador Coordination:
 3. Serve as the key contact for ambassadors, coordinating their training and fostering regular contact.
 4. Develop the ambassador community in key sports epicenters.
Event Planning and Execution:
 5. Plan and implement key events, demos, tests, and promotional activities.
 6. Ensure quality implementation of marketing tools by influencers and ambassadors.
 7. Manage relationships with vertical media and oversee media plans.
Sport Epicenter Activation:
 8. Execute the local “How to Win” WSE plan, working with key ski resorts to boost presence, influence, and sales.
 9. Recommend strategies and drive Salomon’s presence at practice and purchase locations in resorts.
 10. Oversee specialty door activations, including trade programs, tests, and demos.
 11. Lead consumer-facing events such as community activities, demos, clinics, and partnerships, and be present on-site during major events.
WSE Marketing Interlocutor:
 12. Participate in the IC process and provide feedback to HQ/WSE.
 13. Engage actively in the IMM/Ambassador community, sharing and utilizing best practices.
 14. Ensure the quality of the Salomon toolbox provided by HQ.
 15. Track and analyze sports and influencer marketing KPIs.
Qualifications
 16. Degree in Marketing or a related field.
 17. At least years of experience within the sports community or in a marketing-related environment.
 18. Previous experience in the sporting goods industry.
 19. Strong understanding of the sports ecosystem, products, and promotional materials (goodies).
 20. Flexibility to work on weekends, especially during the winter season.
 21. Fluent in English and Italian — both written and spoken.
 22. Valid driver’s license required, as the role involves frequent travel to events and activations.

 24. Contract type: Fixed-term contract, starting as soon as possible and running until June
